By using Orchard you accept these terms of service. If you do not accept them, you must not use the service.

2. Description of the service

Orchard is an interactive game for TikTok Live. The streamer defends a garden against waves sent by the room: viewers send porcelain gnomes with TikTok gifts, pick the path by typing a digit in chat, and trigger waves with likes.

3. Acceptable use

By using Orchard you agree to:

• not attempt to access another streamer's room without authorization;
• not manipulate or falsify game data;
• comply with TikTok's Terms of Service during your streams;
• keep your login credentials confidential.

4. Streamer responsibilities

Each streamer is responsible for:

• configuring their game and their overlays;
• communicating the game rules to their viewers;
• ensuring their content complies with TikTok's rules;
• the security of their login credentials.

5. Limitation of liability

Orchard is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or damages arising from use of the service.

6. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Continuing to use the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
